Sleeping up to 12 guests, this exceptional chalet combines refined alpine design with standout features, including a private indoor heated swimming pool, cinema room and expansive living areas — creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and entertaining.
The spacious open-plan living and dining area opens onto a large terrace and balcony, where uninterrupted mountain views can be enjoyed throughout the day. A real flame gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for hosting family or group stays.
The master suite occupies the top floor, complete with en suite bathroom, deep soaking bath, wet room, dual sinks and a double-sided fireplace connecting the bedroom and bathroom. A small study is also located on this level.
On the lower floor, a private cinema room with surround sound system provides additional entertainment, while all remaining bedrooms are en suite and equipped with flat-screen TVs. Direct access from this level leads to the indoor swimming pool, creating a unique wellness space within the chalet.

Chalet Kalibu is situated above the village of Nendaz, offering exceptional panoramic views and a peaceful setting.
There are three parking spaces available at Les Clèves for guest use. During winter, a 4×4 vehicle or snow chains are required to reach the parking area.
The village centre can be reached on foot in approximately 15–20 minutes via a downhill path or small road. Please note that the return walk is uphill and may take longer.
During winter, access to the chalet requires either a 4×4 vehicle with winter tyres or snow chains. Parking is available at the Les Clèves area.
From there, access to the chalet is typically via Polaris Ranger transfer (for two passengers plus luggage per trip) or on foot, which takes approximately 5–10 minutes.
Your stay includes three transfer trips per group (arrival and departure), which is usually sufficient to transport guests and luggage. Additional transfers can be arranged at an extra cost and are payable directly in resort.

Sleeps: 12 – All six bedrooms are en-suite. The Master on the top floor has a shower, deep soaking bath and a fireplace. Three bedrooms (lower floor) can be made up as twin rooms, the other three bedrooms are double bedrooms. It is not possible to accommodate more than 12 persons in the chalet except for babies who sleep in cots. Changeover Day: Sunday for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet, face cloth and a pool towel. Adults will also find a fluffy bathrobe provided.

This Nendaz Switzerland luxury self catered chalet is situated well above the village with breathtaking views. To walk from the chalet in to the village centre you will need to allow a good 20 minutes downhill along a small road, or the shorter route along the hiking path (may be icy during the winter months) which will bring you straight down in 15 minutes. But remember you need to walk back up the hill to the chalet after you have visited the village centre.
It is recommended to arrive with a car during a summer or winter stay. During the ski season if you arrive by car a 4×4 or snow chains are mandatory to reach the Les Clèves parking. The chalet has 3 parking spaces available at the Les Cleves parking, and it takes no more than 7 minutes to walk along a flat path to the chalet.
The chalet has two parking spaces at the foot of the garden which are only available if snow conditions allow. To reach this place during the winter months, you MUST have a good 4×4 car.
During ski season if snow conditions allow, you can depart from the chalet by skiing along the snowy path and joining the Jean-Pierre ski piste after approximately 300 metres. The last part of the piste to join the Tracouet Gondola is a bit steeper but wide so even novices should be able to ski down. From the chalet to the Gondola station takes no more than 5 minutes for an average skier.
You can ski back to the chalet but it is not along a pisted ski piste and at one point you have to cross a cleared path. So better to take off your skis and put them on again on the other side. You then have to ski along an un-pisted area to your chalet. If you’re the first person of the season using the ski-back option or after a snowfall, this path will be full of snow and you will have to make the tracks. Nothing too difficult, but we would like you to be aware that it is not a piste which leads you back to the chalet.
Access to the chalet from the Les Clèves parking area is normally by Polaris which carries 2 passengers or on foot (approx. 7 min walk). Your rental includes 3 transport trips per group arrival/departure at one time, to/from the chalet and to/from the car park. This should be enough to transport all your luggage, but please note that some guests will need to walk. If your group arrives at different times or days additional transfers are available at an extra cost which is payable to the chauffeur at the time of the transfer. If you need more trips during your stay, for shopping transfers for example, you have the possibility to book the Polaris. This is subject to an additional cost and availability. This service is payable in resort directly to the transport provider and should be booked 24h in advance.
