This beautiful, comfortable, recently renovated chalet with a new extension, offers everything needed for a perfect family or friends stay in the Swiss Alps. Amazing views across the valley thanks to the panoramic windows will leave you in awe. A free ski bus stop is situated less than 100m from the chalet and only 15 minutes walk to Haute Nendaz town centre, makes this is the ideal alpine chalet to spend your winter or summer holiday. The large open plan kitchen/diner with lounge corner and a wood burner are making this part of the house cosy and comfortable. The direct access to the garden makes it easy for your summer BBQ dinners. There is a second lounge seating area adjacent for those who love to read or listen to music, plus a further family lounge with TV and a wood burning fireplace located at the end of this level. On the same floor you have a sauna and another double bedroom with a private bathroom plus access to the outdoor jacuzzi with amazing views. The upper level contains 4 Bedrooms of which two are en suite. On the lower level you will find the chalet entry, a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower, plus access to the garage with boot warmer. Please note this is a non-smoking chalet throughout and pets are not permitted.
The chalet is directly accessible with your car, however a 20m steep incline has to be mastered just before the chalet and you may need snow chains depending on the winter conditions. Our recommendation as always is to arrive in a 4×4, which gives you also more comfort and ease within the resort.
With its situation slightly above the village of Haute-Nendaz this chalet has breathtaking views. For more comfort in resort we do recommend to arrive with a car during a summer or winter holiday. The chalet has 3 parking spaces available and a free ski bus stops less than 100 metres from the chalet on the main road.
We recommend during ski season to rent ski-lockers at the télécabine which allows you to walk (10 minutes) or take the free ski bus to and from the chalet with your normal winter shoes. When your ski day is finished simply leave your skis and boots in a heated locker near the end of the piste.

Changeover Day: Saturday for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet, face cloth and a spa towel. Adults will also find a fluffy bathrobe provided. Pet Friendly: On request only Refundable Security Deposit: CHF 1000, will be blocked on your credit card on your arrival.

Due to local law it is quiet time and strictly no Jacuzzi use after 10pm (22h). 1. Please shower before using the Jacuzzi to remove make-up, sun-screen, insect repellent or any other oil-based products. 2. Overuse or abuse will also cause the Jacuzzi water to turn cloudy and may render the Jacuzzi unusable. Jacuzzis that require excessive cleaning will be emptied and cleaned at the expense of the renter, and will deny you the use of the Jacuzzi for at least 48-hours. During summer months Jacuzzi available on request.
For all 2 wheel drive cars, you must have winter tyres and the carrying of snow chains is highly advisable.

The jacuzzi is drained and refilled on changeover days and therefore may not be useable on your first night as it takes time to reheat. This is for your own health and safety.
