Located in Nendaz Switzerland is this luxury chalet with indoor heated swimming pool positioned in close proximity to the ski piste.
The chalet has a high-quality interior with stunning views over the Rhone Valley. A beautiful hideaway also during the summer months.
Large terrace and balcony with stunning views, spacious living and dining area with real flame gas fire and a well-equipped kitchen. On the top floor is the master bedroom with TV and an en suite with a deep soaking bath, wet room and dual sinks. A double aspect fireplace is fitted between the bedroom and the bathroom. A small study with computer is available on this floor also. On the lower floor you will find a home cinema with a 52 inch smart TV, Blu-ray player and a Harmon Kardon surround sound system. A small selection of DVDs are available for guest use. Bedrooms 2-6 are all en suite and have their own flat screen TV. There is direct access from the lower floor to the swimming pool. The chalet offers free WIFI throughout. Two of the bedrooms have fixed double beds, the remaining four bedrooms can be made as twins or doubles.

Access to this luxury self catered ski chalet in Switzerland from the Les Cleves parking area is normally by Polaris Ranger which takes 5 passengers and luggage or on foot (approx. 5-10 min walk). Your rental includes 3 transport trips per group arrival/departure at one time, to/from the chalet and to/from the car park. This should be enough to transport all your luggage and the guests. If your group arrives at different times or days additional transfers are available at an extra cost which is payable to the chauffeur at the time of the transfer. There is also the possibility to have more trips during the week for shopping purposes which are subject to an additional cost and availability. This service is payable in resort directly to the transport provider.
This Nendaz Switzerland luxury self catered chalet is situated well above the village with breathtaking views. It is recommended to arrive with a car during a summer or winter stay. During the ski season if you arrive by car a 4×4 or snow chains are mandatory to reach the Les Clèves parking where there are 3 parking spaces available for guest use.
To walk from the chalet to the village centre you will need to allow a good 20 minutes along a small road downhill, or the shorter route along the hiking path (may be icy during the winter months) which will bring you straight down in 15 minutes. Back to the chalet is an uphill walk and will take longer.

Sleeps: 12 – All six bedrooms are en-suite. The Master on the top floor has a shower, deep soaking bath and a fireplace. Three bedrooms (lower floor) can be made up as twin rooms, the other three bedrooms are double bedrooms. It is not possible to accommodate more than 12 persons in the chalet except for babies who sleep in cots. Changeover Day: Sunday for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet, face cloth and a pool towel. Adults will also find a fluffy bathrobe provided.

But remember you need to walk back up the hill to the chalet after you have visited the village centre.
It is recommended to arrive with a car during a summer or winter stay. During the ski season if you arrive by car a 4×4 or snow chains are mandatory to reach the Les Clèves parking. The chalet has 3 parking spaces available at the Les Cleves parking, and it takes no more than 7 minutes to walk along a flat path to the chalet.
The chalet has two parking spaces at the foot of the garden which are only available if snow conditions allow. To reach this place during the winter months, you MUST have a good 4×4 car.
During ski season if snow conditions allow, you can depart from the chalet by skiing along the snowy path and joining the Jean-Pierre ski piste after approximately 300 metres. The last part of the piste to join the Tracouet Gondola is a bit steeper but wide so even novices should be able to ski down. From the chalet to the Gondola station takes no more than 5 minutes for an average skier.
You can ski back to the chalet but it is not along a pisted ski piste and at one point you have to cross a cleared path. So better to take off your skis and put them on again on the other side. You then have to ski along an un-pisted area to your chalet. If you’re the first person of the season using the ski-back option or after a snowfall, this path will be full of snow and you will have to make the tracks. Nothing too difficult, but we would like you to be aware that it is not a piste which leads you back to the chalet.
