Situated approximately 5 minutes drive from the village centre this large Nendaz self-catered chalet also includes one reserved free parking space by the Tracouet ski lift.
Enter via a double garage (with boot warmer) and take the private lift to the top floor. The large open plan and split level lounge/dining/kitchen with wood burning fireplace allows you to take in the amazing panorama whilst relaxing on the sumptuous sofa.
On the first lower floor are one double and one twin bedroom which share a bathroom with shower. On the second lower floor there is the large master bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite featuring a shower and a separate bath. On the third lower floor there is one small bedroom (no window) with a bunkbed (plus pull-out 3rd bed) with an en suite bathroom with shower. Here you will also find the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Please note: This chalet is non-smoking and pets may be admitted on request.
The double garage of the chalet is directly accessible with your car. Our recommendation as always is to arrive in a vehicle fitted with snow tyres and where possible also 4×4 which gives you more comfort and safety within the resort. For all 2-wheel drive cars, a set of snow chains in the boot is strongly advised.
If space for a 3rd vehicle is needed, depending on the conditions it may necessary to park in the town (payable).

Changeover Day: Sundays for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions. Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am. Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly. Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet, and facecloth. Pet Friendly: On request only. Refundable Security Deposit: CHF 1000, will be blocked on your credit card on your arrival.

The garage of the chalet is directly accessible with your car and has 2 spaces. If you have larger cars then the garage may not accommodate 2 vehicles. Paid parking is available in the town centre. Parking locally may be possible depending on the weather conditions. In winter our recommendation as always is to arrive in a 4×4, which gives you also more comfort and ease within the resort. For all 2 wheel drive cars, you must have winter tyres and the carrying of snow chains is highly advisable.
