If you already own or are thinking of buying a property which you believe would fit into our rental portfolio, please contact us.

We can assist in matters relating to provision of laundry for rental weeks, housekeeping advice, purchasing of equipment and even guide you to professional architects, bank managers and notaries to help with renovation or building, purchasing and legal matters.

We also have a list of trusted tradesmen, compiled during our 10+ years of living and working here should you need recommendations.

Tips to make your property rental ready

• You do not need to buy your own linen and towels. We’re working together with a company providing high quality bedding and towels which we rent from them for booked weeks. You also have the possibility to order directly from us the same linens and towels for your use.
• Anything sentimental and dear to your heart is better stored away and only displayed again when you are in residence.
• It is better to have cheaper wine and water glasses than crystal ones!
• Regardless of whether you drink coffee or not, you will need to have either a Nespresso or filter coffee machine.
• Raclette and/or Fondue sets are always requested by rental clients.

Tips if you are buying or building and want to rent

• We’re here to help you in your chalet/apartment design when it comes to the layout, such as bedrooms, bathrooms and other living spaces. We have seen a lot of very nice properties, but due to their layout they have become very difficult to rent. Don’t make the same mistake, take some time and discuss your ideas with us .
• Access to your new property needs to be safe. We’re happy to come and visit your plot with you and give you our opinion, and vital suggestions. Remember a perfect access road during the summer may become quickly dangerous and impractical during the winter months.
• If you are thinking to add different facilities to your property, such as sauna, Jacuzzi or Hammam but are not sure which one, we can help with this decision.
