This chalet offers a combined living/dining area and an additional lounge with stunning views and two wood burning fireplaces. Both lounge areas have panoramic windows and access to a terrace or balcony. A well-equipped separate kitchen is located on the same floor as the living area. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with their own en suite with bath/shower facilities, TV with cable channels and a shared toilet on the landing. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms each with en suite and TV. Furthermore, is a bunk bed room for 4 persons which shares a private bathroom with a bath. A large home cinema with beamer, screen, Marantz speaker system, and comfy sofas makes this room the ideal place to relax. There is a second TV lounge with Bose Home Cinema system.

Access to the chalet from the Les Clèves parking area is normally by Polaris Ranger which takes 5 passengers and luggage or on foot (approx. 5-7 min walk). Your rental includes 3 transport trips per group arrival/departure at one time, to/from the chalet and to/from the car park. This should be enough to transport all your luggage and the guests. If your group arrives at different times or days additional transfers are available at an extra cost which is payable to the chauffeur at the time of the transfer. There is also the possibility to have more trips during the week for shopping transport which are subject to an additional cost and availability. This service is payable in resort directly to the transport provider.
This chalet is situated well above the village of Nendaz with breathtaking views. It is recommended to arrive with a car during a summer or winter stay. During the ski season if you arrive by car a 4×4 or snow chains are mandatory to reach the Les Clèves parking. The chalet has 2 parking spaces available. Extra payable parking spaces can be organised on request.
To walk from the chalet to the village centre you will need to allow a good 20 minutes along a small road downhill, or the shorter route along the hiking path (may be icy during the winter months) which will bring you straight down in 15 minutes. Back to the chalet is an uphill walk and will take longer.

Sleeps: 12 – three bedrooms with twin beds, one with a double bed. The twin rooms can be made up as double beds on request. The two upstairs bedrooms have en suite shower facilities with a shared toilet on the same floor. Whereas the other two bedrooms situated on the lower floor have fully en suite bathrooms. One bedroom with full size bunk beds (suitable for children and adults) has an adjacent private bathroom with a bath. We do have the possibility to accommodate 14 persons in 6 bedrooms on request. Changeover Day: Saturdays for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet & face cloth. Pet Friendly: On request only Refundable Security Deposit: CHF 1000, will be blocked on your credit card on your arrival.

This chalet is situated above the village of Haute-Nendaz with breathtaking views. We recommended during a summer or winter stay to arrive with a car. During the ski season if you arrive by car a 4×4 or snow chains are mandatory to reach the Les Clèves parking. The chalet has 2 parking spaces at the Les Clèves parking available. No direct access to the chalet during the winter months. From the parking there is a 5-7 min walk to the chalet.
To walk from the chalet to the village centre you will need to allow a good 20 minutes downhill along a small road, or the shorter route along the hiking path (may be icy during the winter months) which will bring you straight down in 15 minutes. But remember you need to walk back up the hill to the chalet after you have visited the village centre.
During ski season if snow conditions allow, you can depart from the chalet by skiing along the snowy path and joining the Jean-Pierre ski piste after approximately 300 metres. The last part of the piste to join the Tracouet Gondola is a bit steeper but wide so even novices should be able to ski down. From the chalet to the Gondola station takes no more than 5 minutes for an average skier.
Intermediate/advanced skiers can ski back to the chalet but it is not along a pisted ski piste and at one point you have to cross a cleared path. So better to take off your skis and put them on again on the other side. You then have to ski through an un-pisted area to your chalet. If you’re the first person of the season using the ski-back option or after a snowfall, this path will be full of snow and you will have to make the tracks. We would like you to be aware that it is not a piste which leads you back to the chalet. Otherwise you can walk back along the nearly flat road for a distance of less than 200m.
