Large terrace and balcony with stunning views, wood burning fire in the combined living and dining area and a well equipped kitchen are part of the facilities. Both of the two bedrooms upstairs are en suite, one with a shower and one with a bath. There is a shared toilet for these 2 rooms. Downstairs are two further bedrooms en suite with a shower. There is also a bunk bed room, a separate big bathroom with a bath, and a home cinema. Laundry facilities are available. A sauna allows you to relax tired muscles at the end of the day. The chalet offers free WIFI throughout. All bedrooms can be made up as twin or double bedrooms. The perfect chalet for smaller groups of friends or families. Please note this is a NON SMOKING chalet and pets may be permitted on request.
Access to the chalet from the les Clèves parking area is normally by Polaris Ranger which takes 5 passengers and luggage or on foot (approx. 7 min walk). Your rental includes 3 transport trips per group arrival/departure at one time, to/from the chalet and to/from the car park. This should be enough to transport all your luggage and the guests. If your group arrives at different times or days additional transfers are available at an extra cost which is payable to the chauffeur at the time of the transfer. There is also the possibility to have more trips during the week for shopping transfers which are subject to an additional cost and availability. This service is payable in resort directly to the transport provider.
This chalet is situated above the village of Nendaz with breathtaking views. It is recommended to arrive with a car during a summer or winter stay. During the ski season if you arrive by car a 4×4 or snow chains are mandatory to reach the Les Clèves parking. The chalet has 2 parking spaces at the Les Clèves parking. No direct access to the chalet during the winter months.
To walk from the chalet to the village centre you will need to allow a good 20 minutes along a small road downhill, or the shorter route along the hiking path (may be icy during the winter months) which will bring you straight down in 15 minutes. Back to the chalet is an uphill walk and will take longer.

The Sauna is located in the entry area with an extra shower facility. A fun feature is that you can actually exit directly from the Sauna into the garden via a back door.
Sleeps: 12 – four of the bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as double beds. The two bedrooms upstairs have en suite shower or bath facilities with a shared toilet on the same floor. Two of the bedrooms situated on the lower floor have full en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom on the lower floor has two bunk beds (suitable for children and adults) and a private bathroom with a bath. Changeover Day: Saturday for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions. Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly. Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet, face cloth and a Sauna towel. Adults will also find a fluffy bathrobe provided.
Pet Friendly: On request only. Refundable Security Deposit: CHF 1000, will be blocked on your credit card on your arrival.

But remember you need to walk back up the hill to the chalet after you visited the village centre.
During ski season if snow conditions allow, you can depart from the chalet by skiing along the snowy path and joining the Jean-Pierre ski piste after approximately 300 metres. The last part of the piste to join the Tracouet Gondola is a bit steeper but wide so even novices should be able to ski down. From the chalet to the Gondola station takes no more than 5 minutes for an average skier.
Intermediate/advanced skiers can ski back to the chalet but it is not along a pisted ski piste and at one point you have to cross a cleared path. So better to take off your skis and put them on again on the other side. You then have to ski through an un-pisted area to your chalet. If you’re the first person of the season using the ski-back option or after a snowfall, this path will be full of snow and you will have to make the tracks. We would like you to be aware that it is not a piste which leads you back to the chalet. Otherwise you can walk back along the nearly flat road for a distance of less than 300m.
