Peaceful Luxury Alpine Chalet

This Nendaz 2 -4-person luxury chalet is open for both ski & summer seasons. It is built in a traditional wooden log style which gives this chalet a real alpine feel.
For those who seek tranquility and nature, they will find it at Chalet Cygnet. Its quiet location is ideal to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. For families with children there is a great play area available in the garden.

An outdoor Jacuzzi with views to the Mont Fort mountain range and part of the Rhone Valley awaits. A comfortable cosy lounge/dining area with a smart TV, Wii entertainment system and a DVD player with a huge selection of DVD’s to watch on request ensures for some fun family bonding. The chalet offers free WIFI throughout. A payable mini-bar and a fully equipped modern kitchen are available.
Please note this is a NON SMOKING chalet and pets may be permitted on request. The chalet has a no outdoor shoe policy throughout.

Arriving at the Chalet during the Ski Season

The chalet is directly accessible with your car. Our recommendation as always is to arrive in a 4×4 during a winter stay, which gives you more comfort and ease within the resort.
The local lift system is 5 min away in the Village of Nendaz. The main connection to the 4 Vallées can be reached within a 10 minutes drive to Siviez.

Practical information

The location is quiet and just outside Nendaz, but offers easy access to Bisse walks and other trails. During the winter the chalet lies between two major lift stations. By car, 5 minutes to the Haute-Nendaz Lift station and 10 minutes to the 4 Valleys connection. Three parking places are available.
There is no washing machine or dryer at the chalet but we offer a free of charge laundry service. A boot dryer ensures you warm ski boots on the cold mornings and dry hiking shoes during a summer stay.
The chalet has a small apartment below the chalet where we, the owners live. The chalet is separated and independent from the apartment and your tranquility is guaranteed.

Kitchen

Fully equipped luxury kitchen with an American fridge – freezer. Nespresso Machine and filter coffee machine, toaster and cheese Fondue and Raclette Oven are all available. The kitchen is separate from the living space.

Lounge / Dining

Open space dining and lounge area, 55″ Smart TV, Satellite channels, DVD player and wood burning fire place. Wood supplied.
Access to terrace and garden.
Payable Minibar

Entry area

Separate cloak room with bench and baskets for your personal belongings plus a boot heater/dryer.

 

The Basics

 Sleeps: 4 – in two double bedrooms both with private bathrooms on the top floor. In one of the bedrooms the beds can be split into twin beds if required (small gap between beds).
Both bedrooms have access to the top balcony with breathtaking views.
Changeover Day: Sundays preferred for peak periods, but flexible at other times and for short breaks & special occasions.
Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am
Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly
Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet & face cloth plus an extra spa towel. Each adult is supplied with a bathrobe.
Pet Friendly: On request only.
Refundable Security Deposit: CHF 500, will be blocked on your credit card on your arrival.

The location of the chalet is quiet and just outside Nendaz but offers easy access to a host of Bisse walks and other trails. During the winter the chalet lies between two major lift stations.  By car 5 minutes to the Nendaz Lift station and 10 minutes to the 4 Valleys connection. As the chalet is located in a quiet area a car is needed to allow you more comfort within the resort.
We recommend to arrive in a 4×4 during a winter break to ease your driving around the resort. For all 2-wheel drive cars, you must have winter tyres and it is highly recommended to carry snow chains. Parties are not permitted.

There is no washing machine or dryer for guest use but we offer free of charge laundry service.
