Exclusive Luxury Nendaz Chalet

This magnificent Swiss chalet offers 400 sq.m of superior luxury and features a private spa with swimming pool. Located only a few minutes drive from the centre of Nendaz and sleeping up to 12.
Warm fabrics, exposed wooden beams and built using traditional materials providing the perfect luxury chalet hideaway for your holiday. The large open plan lounge/dining area with central wood burning fireplace leads to the split-level kitchen and breakfast area.
On the first floor is the master suite with smart TV, fireplace, dressing area and en suite featuring a shower and a separate bath. There is also a bunk bed room containing four beds two of which are very large and an en suite with separate bath and shower.
There are 3 further guest rooms, one double bedroom with smart TV and en suite plus two double/twin bedrooms with en suite.

Please note: This chalet is non-smoking and pets may be admitted on request.

Arriving at the Chalet during Ski Season

The direct route to the chalet is via a steep village road. We strongly suggest that during ski season you only access the chalet via the longer detour. A 4×4 car and/or snow chains are mandatory to reach the chalet.

This Swiss luxury self catered chalet is situated just outside the village of Nendaz with breathtaking views. A car is needed for comfort and flexibility. The direct route to the chalet is via a steep village road. If you’re not comfortable with this then we suggest to take the slightly longer but less steep route.
During the ski season a 4×4 car and/or snow chains are mandatory to reach the chalet. The chalet has parking for 3-4 cars.

Bedroom 1

Master double bedroom with super king size bed, fireplace and dressing room, Smart TV, balcony, en suite with dual sinks, separate bath and shower.

Bedroom 2

Children’s bedroom with 4 beautiful wooden bunk beds (bottom beds are queen sized beds), balcony, en suite with dual sinks, separate bath and shower.

Bedroom 3

Twin/double bedroom, en-suite with shower, office area with iMac computer.

Bedroom 4

Double bedroom, en-suite with dual sinks and bath/shower.

Bedroom 5

Twin bedroom, en-suite with shower. This bedroom has an additional sofa bed if needed.

Kitchen

Fully and well-equipped open plan kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, microwave, freezer, built-in coffee machine.

A breakfast corner is also situated on this level.

Lounge / Dining

Open plan lounge and dining space with large windows, exposed beams, smart TV and central wood burning fireplace, access to terrace.

Spa Area

Heated indoor pool (8x4m) heated to a max of 30C, sauna, jacuzzi and a separate shower.

Gym

With running machine, rowing machine, and resistance trainer to tone your body.

The Basics

Sleeps: 12 – On the top floor is the Master room and the bunkbed room with two bunk beds (bottom bunk beds are 140 cm wide). On the middle floor are 2 further bedrooms and on the lower floor is another bedroom which also has a sofa bed. All bedrooms are en-suite. We do have the possibility to accommodate 14 persons (on request only).
Changeover Day: Sunday for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions
Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am
Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly
Towels: Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet, facecloth and spa towel. Adults will also find a fluffy bathrobe provided
Pet Friendly: On request only
Refundable Security Deposit: CHF 1500, will be blocked on your credit card on your arrival.

The jacuzzi is drained and refilled on changeover days and therefore may not be useable on your first night as it takes time to reheat. This is for your own health and safety.
