Luxury Chalet with Jacuzzi

Ideally positioned in a tranquil location only a few minutes’ walk from Haute-Nendaz centre, this chalet is built on 3 levels with a floor area of 250 square metres.
A beautifully furnished open plan dining/lounge area and kitchen space with a central wood burning fireplace is perfect for cosy evenings together with friends or loved ones. There is direct access to the large terrace with Jacuzzi.
A small TV room with DVD player is situated on the same level. On the entry/lower floor of the chalet are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; one with a bath and one with shower and sauna.
On the upper floor are 2 more spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with steam shower and a Jacuzzi bath. The master bedroom has a private balcony.

This Nendaz luxury chalet has a washing machine and dryer plus a garage for guest parking.

Please note: This chalet is non-smoking and pets are only permitted on request.

Arriving at the chalet during the ski season

The chalet is directly accessible with your car. Our recommendation as always is to arrive in car with 4×4, which gives you more comfort and ease within the resort. Winter tyres are mandatory and if you do not have 4×4, a set of snow chains are strongly recommended.

Practical information

This chalet is located less than 5 minutes walk from the centre of Haute-Nendaz and its amenities, allowing easy access to the Tracouet lift system, swimming pool, spa, shops, ice rink, and the start of many local walks. The FREE of charge (Ski) bus stops just a short walk up some steps from the chalet.
There are 2 parking spaces available at the chalet, one of which is a garage.

We recommend during ski season to rent ski-lockers at the télécabine which allows you to walk or take the free ski bus to and from the chalet with your normal winter shoes.  When your ski day is finished simply leave your skis and boots in a heated locker near the end of the piste.

Kitchen:

Large open plan fully equipped kitchen dining area. Nespresso machine, Raclette and Fondue sets available. Direct access to terrace and Jacuzzi.

Lounge / Dining:

Spacious living space and dining area with central wood burning fireplace. TV. Access to terrace and Jacuzzi.

The Basics

Sleeps: 10 – in three double bedrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds which can be made up as doubles. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are sharing a large bathroom, whereas the three bedrooms on the lower floor are sharing 2 bathrooms.
The small Sauna is located in one of these lower bathrooms. We do have the possibility to accommodate an extra child on request as the TV room can be made up as a bedroom.
Changeover Day: Saturday for peak periods, flexibility at other times and for short breaks & special occasions
Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am
Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly
Towels: : Each guest has a hand towel, bath sheet, face cloth, plus a spa towel. Each adult will have a fluffy bathrobe provided.
Pet Friendly: On request only
Refundable Security Deposit: CHF 1000, will be blocked on your credit card on your arrival.

Due to local law it is quiet time and strictly no Jacuzzi use after 10pm (22h).
1. Please shower before using the Jacuzzi to remove make-up, sun-screen, insect repellent or any other oil-based products.
2. Overuse or abuse will also cause the Jacuzzi water to turn cloudy and may render the Jacuzzi unusable. Jacuzzis that require excessive cleaning will be emptied and cleaned at the expense of the renter, and will deny you the use of the Jacuzzi for at least 48-hours.
During summer months Jacuzzi available on request.

The chalet is directly accessible with your car. Our recommendation as always is to arrive in a 4×4, which gives you more comfort and ease within the resort. For all 2 wheel drive cars, you must have winter tyres and the carrying of snow chains is highly advisable.

The jacuzzi is drained and refilled on changeover days and therefore may not be useable on your first night as it takes time to reheat. This is for your own health and safety.
