Due to local law it is quiet time and strictly no Jacuzzi use after 10pm (22h).
1. Please shower before using the Jacuzzi to remove make-up, sun-screen, insect repellent or any other oil-based products.
2. Overuse or abuse will also cause the Jacuzzi water to turn cloudy and may render the Jacuzzi unusable. Jacuzzis that require excessive cleaning will be emptied and cleaned at the expense of the renter, and will deny you the use of the Jacuzzi for at least 48-hours.

The jacuzzi is drained and refilled on changeover days and therefore may not be useable on your first night as it takes time to reheat. This is for your own health and safety.
During summer months the Jacuzzi is available on request.

This chalet is situated above the village of Nendaz in the Les Cleves area with breathtaking views. We recommended to arrive with a car whether you’re staying during the summer or winter months. In winter if you arrive by car, a 4×4 or snow chains are mandatory to reach the Les Clèves parking. Three parking spaces are available at the Les Clèves parking for you. The chalet is in a white zone, and there is no direct access to the chalet by car during the winter months.

To walk from the chalet in to the village centre you will need to allow a good 20 minutes downhill along a small road, or the shorter route along the hiking path (may be icy during the winter months) which will bring you straight down in 15 minutes. But remember you need to walk back up the hill to the chalet after you have visited the village centre.

Ski-in/out

During ski season if snow conditions permit, you can depart from the chalet by skiing along the snowy path and joining the Jean-Pierre ski piste after approximately 300 metres. The last part of the piste to join the Tracouet Gondola is a bit steeper but wide so even novices should be able to ski down. From the chalet to the Gondola station takes no more than 5 minutes for an average skier.

Intermediate/advanced skiers can ski back to the chalet but it is not along a pisted ski piste and at one point you have to cross a cleared path. So better to take off your skis and put them on again on the other side. You then have to ski through an un-pisted area to your chalet. If you’re the first person of the season using the ski-back option or after a snowfall, this path will be full of snow and you will have to make the tracks. We would like you to be aware that it is not a piste which leads you back to the chalet. Otherwise you can walk back along the nearly flat road for a distance of less than 300m. The last 30m to the chalet is uphill.

Transport to the chalet during the ski season

Access to the chalet from the Les Clèves parking area is normally by Polaris or on foot (approx. 10 min walk). Your rental includes 3 transport trips per group arrival/departure at one time, to/from the chalet and to/from the car park. This should be enough to transport all your luggage and some guests.

Please note that some guests will need to walk from the parking to the chalet.

If your group arrives at different times or days additional transfers are available at an extra cost which is payable to the chauffeur at the time of the transfer.
This chalet has 2 extra transfers during the week for shopping transport from the car park to the chalet. Any extra transfers are payable in resort directly to the transport provider and need to be booked 24h in advance.
